Chuuka Taisen as it's known in Japan, is a horizontal shoot 'em up featuring the literary character Sun Wukong, better known as the Monkey King and the deuteragonist of the Chinese novel Journey to the West. Cloud Master was originally released in the Arcades by Taito in 1988.
