4.2 User Content

You own the copyright to the posts, comments, and other content you publish ("User Content"). By publishing content, you grant LOMOYU a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to display, disseminate, and promote that content on the Platform. You warrant that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Content Moderation & Action

We have the right (but not the obligation) to moderate User Content. For content that violates these Terms, we may take the following measures:

• Delete or block the violating content
• Warn the relevant account
• Temporarily or permanently ban the violating account
• Report to the relevant authorities as required by law

6. Disclaimer

• The Platform services are provided "as is." We make no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or completeness of the services.

• The game database data comes from public third-party datasets (such as IGDB). We do not guarantee its absolute accuracy nor assume responsibility for the game content itself.
• User Content is the responsibility of the user. The Platform does not assume joint liability for content published by users, but we will fulfill content management obligations according to law.
• The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We assume no responsibility for the content and services of linked targets.

7. Intellectual Property Complaints

8. Changes & Termination of Service
